TROUBLESHOOTING MOST COMMON FIXES
NOTE:
Many problems can be fixed by simply restarting your devices.
i.e. Internet Router and Your Programing Device.
BUFFERING

There really are only a few things that cause buffering. Here is the list of causes and how to fix them.
#1) Your Internet needs to be minimum 4 MBps Download and 4 Mbps upload (USING ETHERNET CABLE) With this low speed in most of the cases should be just enough to watch IPTV
Our recommendation is to have a MINIMUM 25 mbs internet speed with ethernet cable connected not Wireless for best results. Depending on how close the device is to your internet router.
Most important is that your internet to be stable and to have low latency ping when you run interent test speed,your ping should be low. less than 20 is ideal usually when you have high ping you will have buffering issues, it means your internet not stable.
#2) Be sure you have a stable high speed internet connection with a minimum of 25mbs but some playlists have been known in some cases to work ON rare ocasions with only 4.0mbps
Also a DIRECT ETHERNET CONNECTION is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED no matter what your internet speed is.
You can check the speed of the device you are using by opening the browser and go to https://speedtest.net. (some apps have in the settings that let you do a speed test)
REMEMBER the lower the ping during the speed test the more stable the connection is.

#5) Always use a VPN (recomended) SurfShark VPN, Express VPN, or Private Internet Access VPN
If the buffering persists try setting your VPN to a different location.
CLAER APPLICATION CACHE OFTEN
#6 Be sure to clean your device application Cache at least every month or so .
To do this go to your device (example amazon firestick) settings/ applications.
Click on each application seperatly and clear the cache only. WARNING : DO NOT CLEAR DATA.
If you follow all these suggestions your buffering should be next to zero.
Also if any provider claims zero buffering they are not being completly truthfull with you. (FACT)
PLAYLIST
#1) If you are loading your playlist for the first time and it fails to load be sure you have put the proper USERNAME, PASSWORD, URL etc login credentials onto your device/app. In rare cases you may have to simply wait for 5 to 15 minutes and try again due to the providers end maybe doing server updates or maintanance at that moment.
#2) If you playlist is working but the guide (EPG) is not showing simply go to your app (Tivimate, Smarters Pro, etc) Settings
and update the EPG manually. You may also want to update the playlist manually while your at it. These setting should be automatic if you have properly set up it up in your App settings.
#3) If your playlist was working fine but now fails to play for a few hours it may be due to mantainance on the providers end.
Any longer than 12 to 24 hours please contact the team to help resolve the issue.
EPG (electronic program guide) (tvguide)
#1) If the EPG does not show please go to your device app (Tivimate, Smarters Pro, etc) and update the EPG manually and then be sure it is set to update every8 to 24 hours and/or upon device startup.
#2) PLEASE BE ADVISED that the EPG (electonic program guide does not work for every channel,country or device).
SOME OTHER BASIC THINGS TO CHECK
A) Check the service on your Phone, iPad, Tablet, Firestick, or any other devices other than the one you are having issues with using TiviMate app or the iptvSmartersPro app.
B) Try with WiFi ON and WiFi OFF. If it works on your phone something may me wrong with your device.
C) Try with VPN on and VPN off. Try a different, far away country on your VPN. As Your ISP could be blocking an entire region.
D) Refresh your app
E) Clear Cache Often
F) Try a different app
G) Uninstall and Download a fresh app from the website
H) Reset your modem and router and your device
NOTE: If buffering or freezing occurs constantly you may require a VPN as you internet provider may have blocked you from IPTV services. A VPN pointed to a different location may very well fix the issue.

Before we start, you will have to know about xtream code IPTV servers and how they are different from Stalker IPTV servers. Xtream code IPTV servers work with username and password as well as Mac address. There are many kind of smart devices that we can run IPTV on, such as Android boxes, Mag box, Nvidia Shield, Smart tv, Apple tv, Buzztv box, Formular box, Amazon Firestick and much more. I believe you can also do a speed test by going to settings on Smarters PRO IPTV app. Another option would be open chrome browser or any third party internet browser and go to https://speedtest.net and click on RUN SPEED TEST. It’s important to do all the speed tests on the device you are watching IPTV on, not on your mobile phone, Computer, Laptop etc, because you may get a faster speed on your mobile or computer but on your Android box or Firestick you may get a slower Internet speed, for this reason it’s a must to do a speed test on the device we watch IPTV on.
Yes, we have EPG (Electronic Program Guide/TV guide).
Please Note: EPG doesn’t work for all channels/countries. or on some media players and/or devices.
If the EPG is not showing on channel at all then you may need to go into your app setting and turn on UPDATE the EPG every 12 to 24 hours

You need to use a MAC address (unique identifier code ) for connecting with any IPTV services. The MAC address always takes on the form 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX
To connect your device, you need to follow the instruction steps given with your device. On all IPTV-Set Top Boxes you can find this directly on the sticker underneath the box.
Our services use the latest H264 technology, offering the best compression and quality. The IPTV stream sizes are roughly around 8 Mbit. However when changing channels the H264 protocol may bounce higher slightly to begin showing the picture, this is why a 25 Mbit minimum internet connection speed . https://www.speedtest.net/ to test your internet connection, Do this few times through the day. This will give you a good idea of the overall internet speed available to you. A stable minimum 4.0 Mbps is the minimum requirement. and will workbest if connected directly using ethernet cable
But keep in mind an unstable internet will cause issues. You can test this during your SPEED TEST , The lower the PING the more stable your connection will be. Ideally the closer to ZERO the better.
We say allow up to 12 hours but this is normally done within less than one hour most times. You will receive an email or text to with your login crededials..
Please perform a restart on your equipment as your first attempt at troubleshooting.
Power off your router, pull the plug for 1 min and power on again. This will clear the cache from your router. Then turn your TV box or Smart TV off, pull the plug for 1 minute and turn and back on. This will clear out all the old cache settings from your router and device and should provide a fresh connection. If this fails then we try another way listed on this site.
Yes, our service is available everyone on earth with a Minimum 25mbps but some services have been known run on as little as 4.0 mbps ( WIRED )Internet Service in some cases.
Please check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and then try again.
Secondly, if your network connection is stable,( A lower ping during a speed test is a more stable connection ). Please check whether your account is used on devices you have not subscribed to as you can can only use more than 1 device at the same time so long as you subscribed to extra connections . Also if your network connection is stable, please check whether your account is paid and up to date.

We strive to provide you with a high level of service at very discounted rates. So please keep this in mind first and foremost.
If a channel is down, we will do our best to restore that back to service.
Please use the guidelines below before reporting a channel:
Stop and give it a couple of minutes. We reboot and swap channels when needed. The channel may be coming back.
Is this happening on all channels? If it is, you need to check on your end first.
Reboot your devices and wait for 30 secs before turning them back on (STBs, Android Boxes, Routers, Cable modems).
Make sure you are connecting using a LAN (Ethernet) cable to devices and not via Wifi.
If they/all channels still don’t work after a period of time contact us and we will do our best to restore your service.
f the link is not working, always check the link on PC using the VLC software. If it works it means that there is something wrong on your end.
When typing in your M3U link make sure you are not entering any space and you are not using your M3U link on other devices. Contact Us if the link does not work on your PC after troubleshooting.

Did you give us the correct MAC address?
Is your Internet speed at the recommended minimum— 25 Mbps for HD channels—or higher?
Is your device wired in (Ethernet) or is it connected wirelessly (WiFi or mobile data)? Ethernet will always be faster and more stable; use Ethernet, if you can.
Are your device’s specs powerful enough to effortlessly handle live HD streaming?
If you’re using an STB emulator did you follow the steps in our guide to Setup Android STB Emulator?
If you’re using an STB emulator have you tried wiping your app’s cache then restarting your device?
If you’re using an MAG box have you tried restarting your device?
If you’re using an Android device/MAG box have you tried logging out then factory resetting your device?
Have you double-checked the server portals we sent you in the activation e-mail?
For the MAG box, we recommend that they use the older version.
NOTE: Please be informed that there is an ongoing blocking issue with MAG Box that is manufactured by Informir. Rest assured though that our technical team is hard at work in reviewing the issue further to help our valued subscribers be able to use the service with this device again.
In the meantime, we highly suggest doing a Factory Reset on the device and then disable Software Auto-Update and turn Beta off in Settings. Load the Firmware on its original or oldest version like v14.
If it still doesn’t work, we recommend using a different device such as a firestick. Our customer’s satisfaction is most important to us.

We only restore it 1 time. If your account is banned again after restoration please be aware it will be permanent.
If you abuse our service with using multiple devices for 1 subscription be aware we will permanently ban your subscription.
If you are using a set-top box such as MAG and have just set up your device with our service, you will need to perform a hard reset of your device. Simply power off your device, unplug your power cable and re-plug it in.
For Kodi, you will need to clear your cache. If unsuccessful, attempt a re-install of Kodi itself.
